How to Unlock Underswap in Soul's Crossover X

Underswap is an alternate-universe zone in Soul’s Crossover X — a Void full of AU-themed enemies, weapons, and armor you cannot farm in base Snowdin. It opens after your first Reset, which itself requires hitting the level gate (commonly ~250) and using the lobby reset room. Step 1: Reach reset level

Follow the standard leveling route from Getting Started:

1. Snowdin quests and Toriel / Papyrus kills for Patience and Integrity souls.
2. Hotland via Undyne and Muffet for Perseverance / Justice shards.
3. Reforge main spell with Gems from Codes and quests.
4. Beat bosses efficiently — pity farm shards you still need before resetting.

Rushing reset with zero crafted souls makes Underswap painful on rebuild level 1.

Step 2: Perform your first reset

1. Return to spawn lobby.
2. Enter reset room between Frisk (Reforge) and Chara (Enchant).
3. Confirm reset at eligible level.
4. Receive +100 Gems and Reset count = 1.
5. Re-equip gear from inventory; level back up (faster second time).

Step 3: Find the Doodle Sphere portal

In the main lobby, navigate to the Doodle Sphere section — a hub area referencing multiverse crossovers. Look for a portal labeled Underswap or Underswap Void.

Inside the Underswap Void

Underswap enemies hit harder than Snowdin mobs at early rebuild levels. Treat first visit as scouting:

• Identify elite packs vs safe pull sizes.
• Note AU weapon and armor drops (Enemy Drops Underswap section).
• Compare drops to your current reforge spell DPS before equipping sidegrades.

Void farming supplements Gold and EXP during second climb toward reset level 250 for second reset (DBZ unlock).

What to farm in Underswap

Priority for efficient players:

1. Weapon upgrades replacing white Hotland gear.
2. Armor pieces with better base stats than Judgement Hall blues.
3. Titles and cosmetics after functional gear done.
