Soul's Crossover X DBZ Crossover Event

Dragon Ball zone access, Son Koku farming, and Super Saiyan Soul crafting — live since July 25, 2026.

Last updated:

The DBZ crossover event in Soul’s Crossover X went live on July 25, 2026 and introduces a Dragon Ball-inspired zone, new bosses, crafting NPCs, and the Super Saiyan Soul — one of the strongest souls in the game when paired with its Awakening ability. This page covers access requirements, farming routes, and how event rewards fit alongside the main Endgame Build.

Track other patches on the Events hub. For a loadout focused on event gear, read Event Build.

How to unlock the event area

The DBZ zone is not available from a fresh account. You need two resets:

  1. Level up until you meet the reset level requirement (check in-game prompt)
  2. Go to the room between Frisk (Reforge) and Chara (Enchant) in the main lobby
  3. Perform a reset — you return to level 1 but receive +100 Gems
  4. Level again and complete a second reset for another +100 Gems
  5. After two total resets, the DBZ event portal opens

Resets are intentional progression gates. Use the gem income to fund Seven Souls or save toward Super Saiyan Soul’s 100-gem craft cost.

Event zone — what is inside

The crossover adds a separate map area themed after Dragon Ball, including:

  • Kame House with Bulma Crafting NPC
  • New event armor and spell drops
  • Son Koku — the flagship event boss

Navigation details may shift in hotfixes — confirm portal location after login if the July 30 patch moved NPCs.

Son Koku — main event boss

Son Koku stats (approximate):

  • Level 250
  • 500,000 HP
  • 25% attack resistance

Bring your strongest available loadout — Justice Set minimum, Erased Set ideal if you have it before entering. Party servers help burn half-million HP pools.

Farm Son Koku until you bank 250 Release Tokens and two Super Saiyan Soul Shards. Tokens accumulate quickly; shards are the long gate.

Super Saiyan Soul — craft recipe

The pinnacle reward is Super Saiyan Soul, crafted at Bulma in Kame House:

  • Level 200
  • 100 Gems
  • 250,000 Gold
  • 2 Super Saiyan Soul Shards
  • 250 Release Tokens

Super Saiyan Soul stats

  • +10,000 HP
  • +10,000 Mana
  • +7 Walk Speed
  • +7 Jump Power

Awakening ability

After a brief cutscene, Awakening grants:

  • +50% DMG for 35 seconds
  • +100% HP Regen for 35 seconds
  • 60-second cooldown between activations

Awakening defines event combat — open Son Koku attempts with it active. Compare raw stats to Seven Souls on the tier list; Super Saiyan trades Erased Set synergy for burst power.

Budget accordingly. Redeem active Codes before marathon farming sessions.

  1. Complete Beginner Build — Justice Set minimum
  2. First reset when leveling slows
  3. Second reset to unlock portal
  4. Farm Son Koku for tokens and shards
  5. Hit level 200 while farming
  6. Craft Super Saiyan Soul at Bulma
  7. Resume Endgame Build for Seven Souls and Erased Set in parallel

Event armor and spells

Secondary drops from Son Koku fill armor and spell slots while you grind materials. None replace True Locket for Erased Set, but event pieces may help survivability inside the DBZ zone itself.

Reforge event gear at Chara only if rolls are weak — 5 Gems per attempt, see Tools.

Is the event worth it?

Yes if you enjoy burst combat and collection. Super Saiyan Soul’s stats rival endgame souls, and Awakening adds a skill ceiling PvE players appreciate.

Defer if you have not finished Justice Set or lack gold reserves — 250k gold is a serious commitment early.

Hybrid veterans run Seven Souls in the main world and swap to Super Saiyan Soul inside the event zone — see Event Build.

Event duration and updates

As of July 2026 the event is ongoing. Noctyra may extend or retire crossovers without long notice. Join Discord through Official Links for end-date confirmation.

The July 30 game update (per Roblox listing) may adjust drop rates or boss HP — re-check this page after major patches listed on Events hub.

The DBZ event is Soul’s Crossover X’s biggest July 2026 content drop. Plan two resets, farm Son Koku with friends, and craft Super Saiyan Soul before the crossover closes.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

When did the DBZ event start in Soul's Crossover X?

The DBZ crossover event began on July 25, 2026. It adds a Dragon Ball-themed zone, Son Koku boss, and Super Saiyan Soul crafting through Bulma at Kame House.

Why do I need two resets for the DBZ event?

The event portal is gated behind two account resets. Each reset sends you back to level 1 but awards +100 Gems. This is an intentional progression requirement set by the developers.

What does Son Koku drop?

Son Koku drops Release Tokens at 100% rate, Super Saiyan Soul Shards at about 5%, plus event armor and spells. You need 250 tokens and 2 shards to craft Super Saiyan Soul.

Does Super Saiyan Soul work with Erased Set?

No. Erased Set requires Determination Soul specifically. Super Saiyan Soul is a separate endgame soul with its own Awakening ability. Many players swap souls depending on content.
